Four weeks of conservatory-level training in New York City for performers 18 and up. Both sessions of The NYPAA Experience 27 — twenty instruction days, July 5 through 30, 2027 — with nothing repeated across the four weeks. You begin in the first-year cohort and move into the Advanced Cohort for the second session, and leave with two professionally recorded tracks. Eight seats.
Four weeks of conservatory-level training in New York City with nothing repeated. Two sessions, two cohorts, two studio recordings — one enrollment.
Why the Full Summer Is Different
- Nothing repeats across the four weeks. Different Broadway show each session. Different Circle Line cruise. A different Stage to Studio number, rehearsed and recorded on its own. Four weeks of new material, not two weeks taught twice.
- A real progression, not a longer stay. Full Summer students enter Session 1 in the first-year cohort and move into the Advanced Cohort for Session 2 — Advanced Scene Lab, On-Camera Lab, Studio & Mic Technique Lab, Vocal Coaching, and the Representation Readiness Session. That progression is the entire point, and it is only available on this enrollment.
- Two professional recordings. Two Stage to Studio numbers, two full recording days at The Academy of Music Production, two finished tracks. Each recording day is protected — nothing else is scheduled against it.
- Two rounds of Agent & Manager Meetings. Critique from working agents and managers at the end of Session 1, then again at the end of Session 2 — after four weeks of work, with different material. Professional feedback, not agent placement.
- 143 program hours. Twenty instruction days across four weeks, with both weekends free.
- Eight seats per track. The Full Summer is capped so the Advanced Cohort stays small in the second session.
How the Four Weeks Are Built
Session 1 — Monday, July 5 through Friday, July 16, 2027. Ten instruction days. You join the first-year cohort: Acting Intensive, Musical Theatre, Voice Technique, Voice & Diction, Dance, Stage Combat, The Business of You, the Self-Tape & Audition Reel Workshop, and Personalized Career Path Planning. Stage to Studio rehearsals run through the two weeks and finish with the first recording day. The session closes with Agent & Manager Meetings.
The weekend between. No scheduled classes. Rest, explore the city, or catch up with family.
Session 2 — Monday, July 19 through Friday, July 30, 2027. Ten more instruction days, and this time your place is in the Advanced Cohort. Where first-year students take the foundational version of an hour, you take the advanced one. A new Stage to Studio number is rehearsed from scratch and recorded on a second protected recording day. A second Broadway show, a second cruise, a second round of Agent & Manager Meetings, and the Moments & Memories Student Dinner close the summer.
What Both Sessions Include
- Comprehensive Training in Acting, Musical Theatre, Voice, Dance, Stage Combat, and Stage to Studio, taught by working professionals in fully equipped studios.
- Career Preparation — The Business of You and Personalized Career Path Planning in Session 1, Representation Readiness in Session 2.
- New York City itself — two Circle Line Landmarks Cruises, two Director’s Choice Broadway shows, and the Moments & Memories Student Dinner, all attended by both cohorts as one group.
- Official TNE Student Card and Notepad.
The day-by-day schedule for each session is published on the track site.
